ManicTime for enterprise

Run a 30-day pilot on your own infrastructure

Install ManicTime Server, connect a pilot group and see your own data in reports. The trial starts automatically, with no licence key or sales call needed, and our team is here for demos, walkthroughs and technical questions.

A practical pilot plan

A simple sequence that fits in the trial period. Adjust the group size and timing to your organisation.

  1. Pick your use case. Project tagging and reporting, computer-usage reporting, or privacy and data control. Note the questions you want ManicTime to answer and name a business owner and an IT owner.
  2. Choose a pilot group and settings. Decide what is collected, who sees it, whether screenshots are used and how long history is kept. Tell participants what the pilot is for.
  3. Run a real reporting cycle. Tag time to projects, run the reports you need and check the sharing controls, on each client platform and sign-in method you plan to use.
  4. Check day-to-day administration. Add and remove a user, adjust permissions, upgrade a client and confirm the network connections match your policy.
  5. Decide. Compare the results with your questions and roll out to the next group.

Choose measures that matter to your team

Suggested pilot measures. Agree on your own targets before starting.
Question Evidence to collect
Does project tagging support your workflow?Time spent preparing timesheets, unallocated time and corrections needed for an accepted project report.
Can your team answer its computer-usage questions?Computer and application reports checked against your agreed questions, date ranges and access permissions.
Can IT deploy and support it?Expected versus connected devices, configuration checks and installation or upgrade issues.
Do access and privacy settings fit?Role checks, collection and retention settings, and feedback from pilot participants.

Before moving to production, restore a backup into a test environment and confirm that sign-in and reports work. The deployment guide covers backup and recovery.

Demos, product walkthroughs and technical support

Email support comes directly from the team that builds ManicTime. We answer on business days, 08:00–17:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST), and aim to reply within a few business hours. We help with technical issues and respond promptly to bug reports.

Book a demo or a guided product walkthrough to see how ManicTime works and ask questions about its features. Your team installs and configures ManicTime and sets up your projects; we help with any technical issues along the way.
